The Solution
The firm partnered with us as cloud solutions provider to migrate its IT infrastructure to AWS. Core systems include on premises servers, databases, applications and storage solutions.Migration to Amazon EC2 instances for scalability and reliability. Data was centralized in Amazon RDS to enable secure and seamless access. The highly available Multi AZ RDS database implemented along with standby. The major and ongoing data was stored on S3 and the backup solution was provided to meet the client’s needs. The Auto scaling solution was implemented for managing the fluctuations and keeping the cost under control. The CloudWatch is configured to give the visibility of the ongoing infra usage and collected metrics data for further decision making
The Outcome
The migration significantly improved system uptime, availability achieved through robust cloud infrastructure. The firm achieved a significant 15% reduction in IT costs by optimizing resources with AWS features such as auto scaling and automated shutdown. For instances running 24/7, we recommended leveraging the reservation option to maximize cost efficiency.
