About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Recruiter to support campus and early talent hiring initiatives across the MEA region. You will help build strong relationships with universities, student communities, and internal teams, driving initiatives to attract and hire top early talent. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing campus recruitment strategies across MEA countries.
• Coordinate and participate in on-campus and virtual events, including career fairs, student talks, and workshops.
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and placement cells.
• Support end-to-end recruitment for interns, graduate hires, and management trainees.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Track recruitment metrics and support reporting for HR and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to engagement programs such as hackathons, innovation challenges, and student projects.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment, early careers hiring, or graduate programs.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across the MEA region.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, French) are an added advantage.
