Description:

  • Resolution & providing technical support for the incidents reported/request for Packet Core nodes/Core nodes (Analysis, Troubleshooting & fixing the issues reported) on already deployed to end customer/user.
  • Exposure to e2e troubleshooting with CMM and CMG involved (Call flow and cloud infra).
  • Exposure to e2e troubleshooting with IMS & SDM involved (Call flow and cloud infra).
