Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site QA/AT (Quality Assurance / Acceptance Testing) Lead to oversee and ensure quality standards and acceptance protocols at telecom/infrastructure sites.

The ideal candidate will lead on-site audits, supervise AT processes, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory specifications.

This role requires hands-on field experience, technical knowledge, and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Assurance and Acceptance Testing activities at various project sites. • Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and compliance checks as per company and client standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, field engineers, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and readiness for AT. • Prepare and validate AT reports, punch lists, and final documentation for handover. • Ensure all installation work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. • Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions. • Manage acceptance timelines and ensure timely sign-offs from stakeholders.

• Train and guide QA/AT teams and support quality process improvements. Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Telecom/Electronics/Electrical/Civil). • Minimum 5 years of experience in site QA/AT in telecom or infrastructure projects. • In-depth knowledge of site quality checks, AT procedures, and documentation standards. • Familiarity with telecom site components (BTS, MW, RF, power systems) and civil work.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and travel to multiple site locations.
