Job Description: We are hiring a seasoned Circle Warehouse Lead to manage and streamline SCM warehouse operations at the circle level for one of our major telecom clients.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of telecom logistics, inventory management, and SAP systems, with a proven track record of leading large-scale warehouse operations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall SCM warehouse activities as per defined scope. • Ensure flawless execution and Zero Defect MIN/MRN as per DMTO standards. • Handle all forward and reverse logistics operations including MIN, MRN, FMR, BTN (exception) creation, approval, and SAP/SPMS updates.

• Coordinate with SIEL’s RLMs to update execution status of logistics activities. • Avoid operational redundancies like multiple MIN/MRN creation and dispatches for the same site.

• Oversee the proper segregation and storage of good and bad modules. • Act as a liaison between Samsung and Vodafone Idea for timely finalization of GRN, MIN, MRN, and BTN (exceptions).

• Adhere strictly to NHQ guidelines for warehouse and logistics processes. • Prepare accurate reports and ensure compliance across all warehouse activities. Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of SCM and warehouse processes in the telecom domain. • Proficient in SAP, SPMS, and other logistics tools.

• Excellent knowledge of inventory control and logistics coordination.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
