Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison for candidates and business leaders throughout the onboarding process, providing consistent support and guidance.
  • Onboarding Preparation: Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and welcome packs, ensuring new employees are fully equipped and informed from their first day.
  • Workstation Setup: Arrange workstations, badging, and access to essential technology and tools for smooth integration.
  • Documentation Coordination: Manage onboarding paperwork, including system setups and access configurations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Orientation & Training: Conduct orientation sessions and introductory training to familiarize new hires with the company’s culture, policies, and roles.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and monitor new hires’ onboarding progress, ensuring timely and successful integration into the organization.
  • Query Resolution: Respond to tier 1 onboarding-related queries via the Ticketing Tool, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from new employees to identify areas for improvement and enhance the onboarding process continually.
  • Employee Referral Program: Champion the Employee Referral Program by promoting and managing referrals to support talent acquisition efforts and strengthen the candidate pipeline.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Flexibility in managing changing priorities with a positive attitude.
  • Strong service mindset with a focus on supporting new hires and stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Preferred:
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German.
  • Previous experience in onboarding, particularly for large-scale campaigns or global onboarding journeys.
