Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the Lithium-Ion Battery industry.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.

• Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven experience of 6 to 14 years in Sales and Marketing within the Lithium-Ion Battery industry.

• Excellent English communication skills with a focus on clarity, pronunciation, and active listening.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in market research and trend analysis.

• Ability to forecast market trends accurately.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

• Adaptability and a strong drive to achieve targets
