Description:
Brief roles and responsibilities of resources are as given-
- Responsible as single point of contact for any escalations across. Single point of contact for any incidents / escalations
- Ensure committed delivery on the network uptime front.
- Governs the program end to end for service assurance.
- Managing/Supervising timely resolution of escalations/tickets via
- Circle level Project Managers and VF NOC.
- Co-ordinates with customer/Local Head Office Manager for all customer related communication.
- Conduct periodic reviews and track Risk, Issues and dependencies.
- Monitors the SLA and KPI performance at overall program level.
- Responsible for all technical issues concerning the network.
