Position Details: RF GSC

Description:

Technical Skills:

·         Experience in RF Optimization of 4G/5G/VoLTE/VoNR Network. Analyzing Drive Test Log files & suggesting recommendations for the network improvement

·         Experience in network optimization activities like SCFT, Cluster Optimization to meet agreed KPIs.

·         Experience of DT Post processing tools like XCAP, TEMS Discovery and PM tools like Mycom & JCP etc.

·         Experience in call flow analysis of 4G/5G/VoLTE/VoNR

·         Understanding of Layer 3 messages

·         Must have hands on experience of OSS & Performance KPI Monitoring and optimization

·         Must have knowledge on CS Fallback & SRVCC call event

·         Good analytical and logical skills

·         Good communication & organizational skills

·         Must be a good team player having the ability & attitude to resolve the customer issues (external as well as internal)

·         Willingness to be committed in delivering a good quality work
