Duties

Role & Responsibility:-
1. Must have thorough understanding of Drive Test KPIs of 4G & 5G Network. 

2. Must be able to process 4G & 5G DT Logfile (SCFT/SSV/Cluster) by using XCAP or equivalent Post Processing Tool (XCAP is preferable).

3. Must be able to analyze the Layer-3 messages in XCAP or equivalent Post Processing Tool.

4. Must be able to do the event analysis and generate the recommendations (Physical/Parameter/Features etc) for necessary improvement of bad patches or event failure.

5. Thorough understanding of 4G & 5G Network Performance Optimization based on OSS KPIs/Parameters/Counters/Features etc.

6. Should be able to generate the recommendations in terms of Parameters/Counters/Features based on various NW Performance Reports (OSS KPI Reports) to improve the failed KPIs.

7. Thorough understanding of features and associated counters, parameters which are required for NW KPI improvement.
