Duties

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams. l Experience in RF Field Drive Tests.
• Familiarity with automation of log collection & analysis of RF drive logs.
• Have a solid understanding of the overall LTE & 5G NR Network Architecture.
• Hands on experience with mobility management & mobile broadband functions.
• Working knowledge of LTE &5G-NR UE side protocol stacks and chipset interactions.
•  Working knowledge of IP network protocols & QoS.
• Good understanding of wireless network evaluation, 3GPP standard activities and FCC spectrum allocations.
• Fluent with 3GPP Releases technical content.
• Knowledge about over all network architecture and call flow.

Skills and Qualification needed

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics
(B.E./B. Tech)

Experience Needed

The RAN FOA engineer has the roles defined below;

* Expert for FOA (Pilot testing) of new UEs & their APKs that support automated ATP processes.

* Engage & provide technical support for commercial network roll-out for UE, APK & FMS related faults.

* Handle escalation on faults & bottle-necks for roll-out.

* Prepare the new apk Testing processes and procedures from RAN Elements point of view.

* Understands Product & roadmaps on APK in detailed level.

* Execute the Pilot & Lab test Plans.

* Provide support during apk Rollout and Operation of the network
