Experience

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Telecom (Having Exp. of handling spares & raw materials). Expert in areas of Logistics, Operations, Material handling, Inward and Outward solutions

Skills

• Overall understanding of RMA Process
• Experience in Process Operations, Team Management, warehouse inwards and outwards solutions
• Excellent knowledge of SCM
• Experience of Material movement, Spares Management and Material Management
• Experience in SAP (MIN, MRN, FMR, STO)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & support with Solpar/Vendor at all level in project.
• Inventory Management on SAP (MM Module) environment includes consumption
• Daily tracking of material which are given to Solpar/Vendor form warehouse
• Coordination with Transporter for Daily Site/Circle dispatch
• Vendor material reconciliation for final billing
• Handling multiple vendors & project managers for daily targets
• Coordination with Nation and State warehouse for material movement and management
• Responsible to send a daily, Weekly, and monthly report MIS to project manager and circle head for output.
• ISP (ODSC, ISC, UBR, Sector addition and band addition) sites Roll-out, Project planning, material planning and manpower planning budgeting, project accounting etc.
• Responsible for day to day working in CAT’s & Oracle (Material receiving, Move to Site, Install a material at sites)
• Creating OM Request for circle material requirements
• Responsible for material warehouse to sites and report the PDMS of something found damage or theft.
• Responsible for daily inventory and check all update related to upcoming materials at warehouse.
• Responsible for material reco which has been done site wise.
• Take in charge of continuous development and oversight of core PMO process that power product development and launches which includes: New Product Development stage gate process, Change / Request Management, Risk Management, Project Management Planning, Release Management of new and sustaining products. Working Condition
• Develop and maintain to an integrated Security Management Function covering security domains such as Physical Security, Information Security, Personnel Security, Access Control, Equipment Security, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Investigations
• Attend and adhere information security trainings and awareness programs as conducted by company and business partners.
• Ability to work “on-call” and off-shift hours as required supporting network and equipment maintenance, upgrades, and service interruptions.
