Position Details: Sr Engineer-Access Domain

Preference will be given to Local candidates 

Experience 2+ Yrs

Atleast 2+ years of minimum relevant experience in Telecom / ISP on broadband wireline telecom domain specifically related to Wireline Access Domain ATM/WAN/ADSL/ VDSL/FTTx/MSAN/DSLAM/CPE/ONT.

Team handling: should have handled Field technicians, Network Engineers. Able to provide required backend support to the Field staff as well as resolve the Customer technical queries and should have customer handling skills.

Job Description :                 

 Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting WAN/ADSL/ VDSL/FTTx/MSAN/DSLAM/CPE/ONT

 Experience on the Huawei/ Nokia/ or any other MSAN / DSLAM /FTTX OEM products

 Excellent knowledge of related wireline jargons and protocols/concepts like WAN, L2, L3, ADSL, VDSL, SIP, H.248, PPPoE, DHCP, IPOE, GPON, ATM, PTM etc                                              

 Basic knowledge of the working of EMS/ NMS                   

 Workable knowledge and experience for Switching & Routing Concepts

 Basic knowledge of wireless concepts and technology will be an added advantage.   

 Experience in deployment POC/ VT/ RFI/ I&C/ AT/ network up-gradation / migration & expansion/ O&M.    

 Good understanding of project management, and project cycle.

 Ability to understand customer requirements and skillful to handle the customers efficiently
