Description:

Brief JD:

• Conducting RF drive test using drive test tool and analysing drive test results on software tool for the RF optimization/improvement of the network.
• Preparing RF survey reports and submitting to the customer.
• Analysed Network Statistics, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Network Report and other system reports on daily and monthly basis and created database.
• Drive test (For Voice & Data) for Optimization of GSM & WCDMA networks using TEMS Investigation Tool.
• Neighbour planning, traffic analysis and Performance management.
• Handling optimization of new sites and handles problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure, handover reversion, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.
• RF Optimization with KPI Monitoring and log file Analysis, Report Making or Post Processing.
