Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership-level technology positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- Drive sourcing efforts using professional networks, job portals, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Engage and attract top senior IT talent across domains such as Cloud, Infrastructure, Product Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics for leadership visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 –12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Sourcing within large, global IT or technology organizations.
- Proven experience hiring senior technology professionals (12–20 years exp).
- Strong understanding of IT domains, market trends, and senior-level recruitment strategies.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using ATS tools like Workday, Taleo, or SuccessFactors preferred.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience supporting hiring for top global IT or telecom brands
- Exposure to senior technical hiring in global or enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
