Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and passionate about technology-driven business development. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, marketing operations, and channel partner management in the telecom and networking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and sales coordination.
- Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers and channel partners to close deals.
- Maintain CRM/ERP data for sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Support participation in tenders, bids, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities.
Marketing
- Support the creation of marketing materials, product datasheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, product updates).
- Assist in planning exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Track market trends, competitor movements, and pricing benchmarks.
Channel Partner Management
- Help onboard, manage, and communicate with distributors and resellers.
- Track partner sales performance and maintain regular engagement.
- Coordinate marketing support and joint go-to-market activities with partners.
- Assist in maintaining partner registrations and documentation for OEM/tender submissions.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business preferred)
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
- Interest in technology, networking products, and B2B markets
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
