Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic MBA Fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be energetic, proactive, and passionate about technology-driven business development. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, marketing operations, and channel partner management in the telecom and networking industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Sales

  • Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and sales coordination.
  • Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers and channel partners to close deals.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP data for sales pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Support participation in tenders, bids, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) activities.

 

Marketing

  • Support the creation of marketing materials, product datasheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate digital marketing activities (email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, product updates).
  • Assist in planning exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
  • Track market trends, competitor movements, and pricing benchmarks.

 

Channel Partner Management

  • Help onboard, manage, and communicate with distributors and resellers.
  • Track partner sales performance and maintain regular engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing support and joint go-to-market activities with partners.
  • Assist in maintaining partner registrations and documentation for OEM/tender submissions.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / International Business preferred)
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
    • Interest in technology, networking products, and B2B markets
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
