🔑 Role Scope & Responsibilities

• High-skilled experience with Nokia Wavence MW equipment
  ✔️ Expertise in Integration, Traffic Shifting & DB File Creation
  ✔️ Proficiency in SyncE & PTP clock configuration
  ✔️ Strong knowledge of IP & MW Services provisioning (VLAN, QoS) – CCNA preferred
  ✔️ Ensure delivery KPIs are met with a “First Time Right” approach
  ✔️ Advanced troubleshooting of Nokia Wavence MW equipment
  ✔️ Customer interface for resolving technical queries
  ✔️ Advanced knowledge of transmission & switching systems (preferred)
