Role Scope & Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of MW technology.
- Configuration of MW equipment.
- Alarm monitoring & troubleshooting in MW links.
- Trouble ticket creation for effective MW link resolution.
- Good communication & flexibility for diverse assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Expertise with multivendor equipment: Wavence, Ceragon, Huawei RTN, etc.
- Integration knowledge of 9500 MPR & Wavence equipment.
- NMS exposure: Nokia Wavence NMS (NFM-P, 5620 SAM), U2000 & NETMASTER.
- MW Network Elements (NE) integration into NMS servers.
- License & capacity management, software capacity enhancements.
- Hands-on MW installation, commissioning & I&C quality assurance.
Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Exposure to large-scale MW network environments.
