Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B. Tech in Electronics & Communication / Electronics

---

Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in the Telecom domain

• Minimum 1 year of experience in NOC operations with a large telecom operator

• Exposure to 5G technologies is an added advantage

Key Skills:

• Core network performance (LTE, CIoT, 5G)

• Core KPI report generation and analysis

• Strong understanding of LTE/4G/5G call flows in EPC (MME, SAEGW, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with vEPC/Cloud/OpenStack platforms

• Proficiency in analyzing Wireshark traces

• Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems

• CCNA/CCNP certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze Core KPI reports including LTE and CIoT metrics

• Perform daily KPI analysis: ASR, PSR, TAU, Handover success, Packet drop, Throughput, etc.

• Conduct pre and post-analysis of core activities (e.g., upgrades, configuration changes)

• Analyze core system health: capacity, DP/NP load reports

• Act as a key interface with the Jio Performance Team

• Perform first-level troubleshooting for EPC and vEPC network nodes

• Analyze and support cloud-based (OpenStack) infrastructure (preferred)

• Coordinate fault management activities across NOC and Field teams

• Monitor events and ensure timely resolution/escalation within SLA

• Escalate to TAC teams after first-level impact analysis

• Perform daily EPC system health checks and apply corrective measures

• Ensure proper escalation and communication of service-affecting issues
