• Monitors the SLA and KPI performance at overall program level. Responsible for all technical issues concerning the network.
• SLA Adherence for Circuits, to ensure uptime of 99.5% is met.
• Follow up on Aging cases & ensure closure in coordination with RPM.
• Change Request TAT Adherence .
• 100% MACD request to be closed with in committed TAT
• Reducing customer end issue.
• Analysing & amp; SIP implementation for repeat Faults.
• Change management
• SLA management
• Publishing of Daily Fault Tracker.
• Raising /checking feasibility report
• Should have hands on Excel & Advance excel, MS access, Pivot and Micros PowerPoint
