Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support to the sales team, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Collaborate with and support assigned sales members in driving sales initiatives and own numbers in achieving team targets.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Engage and provide technical assistance to Channel Sales Partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and support our products.
- Liaise with government entities, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and regulatory bodies for product verification, testing, certification, and compliance-related processes.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in IP/Datacom technologies, with a focus on networking solutions.
- Proven experience in Channel Sales or Pre-sales, with an understanding of Customer handling , channel dynamics and partner enablement.
- Strong background in providing technical support for enterprise sales, ideally in a pre-sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with network equipments including switches, GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), routers, and similiar networking equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals.
