Job Description: Circle: Training Support Specialist.

Position Summary

The Training and Support Specialist will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs tailored to Samsung in-house staff, and SOLPAR Crew resources. This role ensures knowledge transfer for LTE/NR hardware installation, quality assurance, RF SCFT, CLOT and operational processes while providing first-level field support. The incumbent will collaborate with Circle leadership and NHQ teams to identify skills gaps, develop e-learning modules, and create training manuals, enabling a high-performance environment and seamless project execution.


Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

  1. Preparing, conducting and evaluating technical training programs as per the established training calendar for Samsung teams, in-house staff, and SOLPAR Crew Members.
  2. Deliver specialized training on:
    • LTE hardware installation and RFE-1.
    • Quality and ATP Processes.
    • EMF, SCFT, and CLOT modules.
    • eNodeB integration.
  3. Provide training to Circle Warehouse teams on the process.

Field Support and Quality Assurance:
4. Offer first-level support for alarm rectification to SOLPAR and Samsung field teams, along with On-the-Job Training (OJT).
5. Assist site quality audit teams in achieving and maintaining zero-punch-point sites.
Skills Assessment and Development:


7. Identify requisite skills and competencies for SOLPAR and in-house teams through proactive discussions.
8. Conduct sessions in coordination with NHQ on installation issues, alarms, and rectifications.
9. Develop e-learning modules to meet mandated project requirements.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
10. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly training/activity reports, including attendance and appraisals.
11. Generate and share quality reports, working to reduce gaps through OJT and training interventions.

Special Assignments and Cross-functional Support:
12. Execute special projects and assignments as required by NHQ or Circle teams.
13. Provide training to other circles in the absence of designated circle trainers.


Key Competencies and Skills

  • Expertise in LTE/NR hardware installation, RFE-1, and quality processes.
  • Strong understanding of EMF, SCFT, and CLOT frameworks.
  • Proficient in developing training manuals and e-learning content.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with an aptitude for identifying and closing skill gaps.
  • Ability to provide hands-on support in field operations and quality assurance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's/ Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Min 2+ years of experience in the field of Telecom.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical and operational training programs at least for last 06 months.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications Installation, RF standards and site quality processes.
  • Strong background in field support and troubleshooting.
